THE NEXT POPE? SO MANY RUMORS OF WAR..

Candidates for the next pope is being discussed. Tom says there is one in particular that caught his attention. Called the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem. Italian Cardinal Pier Bastisa Pizzaballa. Hs lived 30 years in Jerusalem and speaks fluent Hebrew. He also speaks Latin, English and Italian. He was installed by Pope Francis as a Cardinal.
Tom says he will be watching, he is like a “man for all seasons.” The Pope’s funeral is on Saturday and it takes a few weeks usually to select a replacement.
Explosive conflict between Pakistan and India. Tensions have been higher between Hindu majority India, and Muslim majority Pakistan. Both countries are nuclear armed.
This past Tuesday a terror attack in Pakistan killed 29 Indian Hindu tourists in a mountain resort in Pakistan. The gunmen were Muslim extremists, possibly from Pakistan.
India is ordering all Pakistan nationalists to leave the country within 48 hours. Pakistan army has declared maximum alert. Pakistan is announcing 5 naval drills in the Arabian Sea near the border with India.
Now the government of India is announcing the suspension of water tributaries that flow from India to Pakistan. They plan to stop the 6 rivers which would cut off water into Pakistan. They would have no water. Serious situation.
Tom says as believers we know Jesus has it all in His hands. We are moving closer to the rapture, waiting.
The Sun: Iran is building a “ring of steel” around its deeply buried nuclear fortress after President Trump vowed, “bombing like you’ve never seen.” Construction among Iran’s most important nuclear facility due to threats by US and Israel to strike.
Reported President Trump sent a classified letter to House and Senate leaders directing the Pentagon to move additional combat ready troops to the Middle East.
Bubba says Saudi Prince remains firm, says no ties with Israel without a Palestinian state. Saudi Prince MBS has said that consistently since 2024. It is reported Saudi defense minister gave a letter to Iran’s Ayatollah when he met with leaders of Iran from the King of Saudi Arabia. It states Saudi Kingdom will not recognize Israel until a Palestinian state is established.
Bubba is considering what may happen before the UN meeting in June where they claim to set up a 2 state solution for “peace and security.” Bubba says war always precedes peace.
Bubba then also tells about a televised speech from Palestinian Authority (the PA), leader Abbas spoke. He called Hamas “vulgar.” That is like calling them “sons of female dogs.” He told Hamas to hand over the hostages. Said the war must end. That hundreds are dying every day because Hamas does not want to hand over the American hostages.
Quoted saying, “sons of dogs, hand over the hostages, end this matter. Hamas must end its control of Gaza Strip and hand over its weapons to the PA. Turn yourself into a political party and talk to them instead of Americans. Our version for peace in the Middle East is based on ending Israel occupation and establishing a state of Palestine.”
Tom says we are seeing more and more talk of this. We are not long for this world.
Today is Holocaust remembrance day. PM Netanyahu said in a speech, if we fall to Iran, the West is next. Said after October 7 Israel will never again allow harm to the Jews. We won’t forgive, we won’t forget. The Ayatollah regime will fall. Never again is now.”
According to Arab reports Turkey and Syria have agreed to establish a joint operation center. We watch Damascus, Isaiah 17:1.
Last night Russia attacked Kyiv with an hour long barrage of missiles and drones killing at least 9 and injuring more than 70. The deadliest attack since last July.
President Trump responded and said he is not happy with the Russian strikes on Kyiv. It is not necessary and a very bad thing. Said to Putin to stop. Said 5,000 soldiers are dying every week. Said, let’s get a peace deal done.

UK government prepares a law that could send Christian preachers to prison. BBC reports the council of Hampshire England has proposed to jail Christian street preachers. Christians are being targeted.
Massive fires in Jerusalem between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. People evacuating, major roads being shut down. Towns evacuated and drivers abandon vehicles. Intense heat and high winds with these brushfires.
More earthquakes expected in Turkey. Turkey’s parliament issued a warning for all government agencies to prepare.
Brain chip implants are working on more technology. Implants could create and delate memories, control emotions. May sync brains with phones, and operating systems updates.
So many in the comments are excited to be with our Savior. Give praises to Him and praying for others. And praying, come quickly Lord.
Gospel- we pray for those that need to be saved in Jesus. Now is the day of salvation. Don’t be left behind, the worst time we can hardly imagine.
Be saved by faith in what Jesus did on the cross to shed His blood that removes all our sins so we may be forgiven and in heaven with Jesus forever.
He loves us so much and wants us to be with Him in heaven.
